InspectionOne and InspectionOne.NET

Developed in conjunction with Engineers at Sasol this product helps large organisations to manage all inspection requirements. Tasks including Planned Maintenance, Production Log readings, Legislated Inspections, Shutdown Inspections, Critical Task Evaluations and Ad Hoc inspections are fully managed by the system. Operating as a standalone solution, or integrated into existing backend ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) the solution is used across several industries in SA and Australia.

CommissionOne

This Commissioning tool evolved out of the success of InspectionOne. It assists in the commissioning of large-scale Engineering projects. The system provides both the client and Engineering company with a tool to commission each stage of the project, with disciplines able to verify each of their sign-off criteria are met for each stage. By using ruggedised scanning devices in the field, electronic signatures on the device allows sign-off in the field, greatly reducing the commissioning time and paper trail.

AssetAuditor

All companies are required to provide a verifiable asset register listing and detailing all the fixed assets in their organisations. In addition to local Accounting Standards the introduction of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) has significantly increased the need for companies to provide a register of all fixed assets. This can be an onerous and expensive exercise if it is not managed with the assistance of a Fixed Asset Register tool. AssetAuditor provides companies with exactly that tool. Implemented across a wide range of clients ranging from SARS (with 500 000 assets) to single site companies with less than 1000 assets the solution is priced on a sliding scale offering all customers the extensive functionality at a price they can afford.
